The Aviation Weather Center for NOAA. Great site with lots of weather related tools and links.

National Center for Atmospheric Research
Web site with Real-Time weather data and NEXRAD radar provided by the National Weather Service.

Naval Research Laboratory
Marine Meteorology Division, but a lot of good weather info for pilots as well.
